PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Historic Preservation Commission of the Town of North Salem, New York will hold a public hearing at Delancey Hall, 266 Titicus Road, North Salem, New York, on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the public may be heard to consider the following for designation as an historic landmark under the Landmark and Historic District Law of the Town of North Salem:
A stone chamber at 100 Titicus Road, property of Thomas L. Purdy,
located in North Salem, New York. Said property is shown as Sheet
10, Block 1689, Lot 2 on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of North Salem.
At such hearing, all persons will have the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application and related documents may be examined at the Town Offices at 270 Titicus Road, North Salem, New York.
