Town of North Salem Town Board’s
Public Information Session about the
Comprehensive Plan Update

At 230 June Road, near the intersection with Hardscrabble Road, North Salem

The Town Board will present the revised Draft of the Comprehensive Plan Update (CPU), a plan to sustain the rural atmosphere and balanced and orderly development of the Town of North Salem. The meeting will then be opened to hear questions, concerns and commentary.

NOTE: Please note that the September 23rd meeting is not a public hearing, but will be an opportunity for the Town Board to present and discuss their draft CPU with the community. The revised draft of the CPU will be further revised after the September 23rd session. The Town Board will then conduct additional public and environmental review of the CPU and will consider it for adoption. The Town Board will hold a public hearing as part of their later review of the CPU.

Copies of the revised Draft CPU are available at the Town of North Salem Town Hall at the Town Clerk's office in Delancey Hall, and may be viewed at the North Salem Free Library, 276 Titicus Road.
