Parking Permits (Croton Falls Commuter Lot)
The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for issuing Daily and Yearly Parking Permits for the Croton Falls Commuter Lot at the following rates:

• Daily Permits: $3.00/day.

Daily Parking Permits can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office or by sending a check payable to the Town of North Salem to the Town Clerk. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Yearly Permits: Resident: $175/year; Non-Resident $350/year.

Unfortunately, there are no Yearly Permits available at this time.


Handicapped Parking Permits
Handicapped Parking Permits are available on-line (put form on-line) or at the Town Clerk’s Office for residents of the Town. To obtain a permit residents must complete the Handicapped Parking Application and submit it with a note from a doctor, stating the nature of the handicap and the need for either a temporary or permanent permit.
