The North Salem Town Board has setup its
Planning Board with the authority to hear and approve site plans and subdivisions applications. The Planning Board can also issue special
permits as specified in the Town Code
The Planning Board also reviews wetland
permits and land disturbance permits that are referred to them by the
Building Inspector.
