Fee Schedule

All checks for Building Department permits and applications are to be made payable to North Salem Building Department and are due with the filing of applications and permit forms.

In general Building Permit fees are based on cost of construction.

• Base Permit fee: $50 plus $12.00 per thousand.
• Certificate of Occupancy fee: $3.00 per thousand minimum of $50.00
• Certificate of Compliance fee: $50
