Draft Croton Falls Plan

In 2020, the North Salem Town Board charged its Planning Board to complete a comprehensive planning process focused on the hamlet of Croton Falls and to prepare a draft Croton Falls Plan. Through the exploration of current hamlet conditions, assets, opportunities and limitations, the Croton Falls Plan establishes a future vision and direction to be achieved with the implementation of recommended actions involving policy initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and creation/expansion of community-oriented programs and facilities.  Please click here to read and/or download the draft Croton Falls Plan.
