Building Department Access

Please call us at 914-669-5952.

All applications for any type of permit should be submitted by US Mail and must include payment by check made out to the Town of North Salem, as well as proper insurances, copy of Westchester County Home Improvement License, copies of Westchester County Plumbing and/or Electrical licenses, if appropriate.

Title Search requests should be emailed to rjames@northsalemny.org.  The fee amount due should be returned by mail.

Zoning Board issues - Contact Zoning Secretary Jennifer Santis at jsantis@northsalemny.org

General questions and questions regarding the property files, or requests for permit summaries of a property should be emailed to rjames@northsalemny.org .

Building code questions should be emailed to jduhigg@northsalemny.org or sparker@northsalemny.org
