Facility Use Permit Request - Parks & Fields

Park use is regulated by the Town Board and information about it may be found in the Town Code. Joe Bohrdrum Park and Volunteer's Park are available to town organizations and residents on a reserve basis. If your organization wishes to reserve either park for a specific date please submit a facility use permit request. View more facility details.
For an event open to the general public where attendance of 100 or more persons and/or a duration of four hours or more is anticipated, use the "Special Events" form below.

Facility Use Permit Request - North Salem Community Center

This policy governs the use of the North Salem Community Center. The primary use of the building is for municipal purposes, which include: Programs and activities operating under the umbrella of the North Salem Recreation Dept and Meetings of the Town Board and other Town Boards and Committees. All such meetings, programs and activities must be open to the public.

The Town of North Salem welcomes the use of its facilities by organizations for activities that enhance the use of the Community Center. The facilities are exclusively available to North Salem Town and/or North Salem School District residents and any group whose headquarters are located within the Town of North Salem, provided that non-resident persons or groups may apply for use of the theater and related facilities. The limitations and conditions in the foregoing sentence do not apply to any programming of the North Salem Recreation Department. Facility Use Permit Request - Special Events

Any person desiring to request the use of the Croton Falls Greenspace, Croton Falls Commuter Parking Lot, Joe Bohrdrum Park or Volunteer's Park, for an event open to the general public where attendance of 100 or more persons and/or a duration of four hours or more is anticipated, shall file with the Town Clerk, for submission to the Town Board this application together with an application fee in the amount of $250.
